How long will my appointment take?

Accepted Answer

You can find the duration of your appointment on the booking link when making your appointment online.

All new clients/ Full Head: 4 hours
Half head: 3.5 hours
Gloss & style: 1.5 hours
Cut & style: 1 hour

What should i book in for?

Accepted Answer

If you're new here, welcome! please select the "All new clients/full" option. 
If its been 4-6 months Please select the "Full head" option. 
If its been 2-3 months, please select the "Half head" option.

Is there parking at the salon?

Accepted Answer

The nearest long stay car park is "Charlotte st car park" about a ten minuete walk from the salon. 
If youre appointment is under the durration of 3 hours, there is closer on st parking nearby the salon.

Cancelation policy

Accepted Answer

Any appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 72hrs will occour a 35% fee of the appointment cost. Any cancellations/ no-shows on the day will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
